Stock reconciliation, monitoring, forecasting & planning
Collecting data from different sources, analysing data and producing reports
Creating reports & graphs for presentations.
Audit– Support the Finance Director in management of the external audit through the preparation of stock reports, explanations, reconciliations
Improvements - Continuously look for process improvements, presenting ideas to make the management accounting function more efficient.
Any other duties and projects as required by the Company

Skills / Experience needed for this Stock Controller role

Previous experience in managing stock and inventory FMCG/wholesale business
Inquisitive mind and a proactive attitude to problem solving
Data analysis work experience using ERP systems
Ability to work with data sets in Microsoft Excel and combine data and information from different sources
Advanced Excel Skills are a mandatory requirement: Including Vlookup, Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charting etc.
Knowledge of macros useful, but not essential
Good PowerPoint and MS Word skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to communicate at all levels
Previous import, FMCG/wholesale experience required
