Excellent Scrum Master with financial services business experience plus JIRA, JAMA and/or Confluence needed now. Any experience of pensions administration systems would be ideal. A snapshot required skills: *Exp. of Agile practices & service-oriented environments. *Exp. working with distributed software development products and teams. *Ability to lead cross functional teamwork. *Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills. *Hands-on management of Scrum projects. Role involves: *Understanding when waterfall practices are needed (e.g. design documentation) *Managing integrated scrum teams across functions *Ensuring that Scrum events (e.g. daily standups, Retrospectives) are managed effectively across a number of Scrum teams *Ensuring lessons learnt sessions are held and outputs are fed into the TMO. *Ensuring consistent use of JIRA managing projects *Responsible for ensuring consistent reporting of progress at both User Stories and Epic level through accurate Point allocation, and burn down throughout the Sprint Great opportunity for a hardworking, team focused Scrum Master. Initially home based, you will need to be able to be within an easy commute of Reigate in Surrey.
