Job Description

My client based in Reigate are looking for a Quality and Administration Manager tin their team.Salary: £25-32k per annumThis is a full time, permanent position.Duties include:General administrationTaking the lead on customer quality issues and queries

  • Managing the quality and inspection team
  • Maintaining the Quality Management system
  • Helping in H&S strategy
  • Testing product quality and safety
  • Maintain and report on all KPIs essential to the business
  • Managing and tracking all shipments within the supply chain from point of supply up to delivery to customer, ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved promptly to reduce any delay
  • Making all relevant enquiries to ensure import documentation is correct and compliant with current regulations
  • Ensuring the management and control of costs through the supply chain, identifying opportunities to minimise cost and improve service.
  • Managing all elements of supply chain costs including freight, handing and storage, demurrage and distribution.
    • Experience required:
  • Administration (at least 3 years)
  • Either experience or a real interest in Quality management.
  • A real all-rounder, wanting to help others.
