Would you like to join a small friendly RICS regulated company based in Reigate Do you enjoy working in small teams and enjoy tasks that require attention to detail and have good organisational skillsWe are looking to employ a Property Administrator for our team. This is a part time job which has true breadth in tasks and responsibilities. The hours of work are 21 hours for three days per week. We will be flexible for the right candidate.Main tasks:Maintain the central database for health and safety, and planned maintenance, and other diary events.Assist with the compilation of expenditure budgets, tenancy record updates and reconciliations.Organise appointments - property inspections and client meetings and contractor visits.Monitor contractor/suppliers invoices - checking for correct invoice details inputting description and expenditure coding.Manage utility metering and utility invoices to assist with accurate re-charging and prompt payment.Generally assist with all functions of the business including tenant querieswhere able and as applicable.
