Job Description

Multi Trade Maintenance Manager/ operative - NEW BUILD HOMES£35,000 to £40,000Plus, Vehicle and BenefitsSussex and SurreyI am currently working with a house builder who predominantly build in South East England, Surrey and surrounding areas. The company build approximately 50 to 100 new homes annually and they are looking to appoint a Multi Trade Maintenance Manager who willbe responsible for the following:

  • Investigate works for repair and be able to repair on the same trip
  • Going to houses prior to handover to identify and finishes needed prior to customers handover
  • Customer meetings, diagnosis and corrective works that will include, but not be limited to, carpentry, decorating, drylining, making good, mastic etc
  • Maintenance of a portfolio of private plots and our old office building
The ideal candidate have strong leadership skills a positive attitude and Ideally would need to be from similar developer background with knowledge of NHBC being preferable. The company has sites in West Sussex, Surrey and Kingston areas.
