Job Description

Great opportunity to join us as a Flexible Benefits Client Data Analyst within our growing flexible benefits team. Using your flexible benefits/employee benefits experience in a client-facing role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end dataflow requirements to support our employee flexible benefits delivery to allocated clients. This role requires a business analyst mindset, with expertise in translating data flow requirements into detailed specifications, working with internal project and processingteams to ensure successful client installations and renewals. This role is integral in the delivery of employee benefit enrolments for WTWs clients. Office location: This role will be based out of our Reigate office with hybrid working, during the initial three months of induction there is an expectation to be office based, this is dependent on experience. The Role

  • Work with Clients and their HR/Payroll Systems Teams, together with WTW Consultants and Systems Configuration Teams, to define, capture and maintain the data requirements specifications for the client HR and Payroll Reporting data flows.
  • Work with Employee Benefit Providers to define, capture and maintain their requirements for monthly reporting of employee benefit selections.
  • Apply detailed knowledge of the system and the data flow to help guide the creation of data requirements specifications and solve for challenges with reporting and data provision.
  • Ensure timely sign off for the above requirements to keep projects on track for system build.
  • Point of contact for queries raised by the project team in relation to data processes, requirements, and ad hoc reporting specifications.
  • Apply detailed understanding of the data flows to assess the impact of client benefit/design changes on the data requirements, both at renewal and throughout the year, and work with the project team to ensure successful implementation.
  • Build a strong client relationship to support a project install, renewal or with changes during the year.
  • Point of contact for client data requirement queries.
The successful candidate will:
  • Provide an efficient, professional service delivery to meet all clients needs and promote the WTW brand.
  • Develop knowledge of UK employee benefits and clients flexible benefits scheme design and requirements.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills in reviewing and drafting requirement specifications detailing the system and data flows
  • Communicate effectively with clients via email and calls and develop excellent client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams within the Health and Benefits line of business and the wider organisation.
The Requirements
  • Experience in flexible benefits/employee benefits is essential
  • Understanding of payrolls, data flow or HR systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good analytical and numerical reasoning skills
  • Able to document detailed client requirements in data requirement specifications
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to adapt style to suit the purpose and audience
  • Excellent planning, time management and organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Able to work quickly, but accurately in a professional environment.
  • Able to learn quickly, use own initiative and organise own workload effectively
  • Prepared to put in the extra effort when needed to meet challenging deadlines
  • Demonstrate a can do attitude, overcoming any problems as they arise
  • Prepared to show initiative where appropriate, but equally prepared to take instructions from others to contribute to projects across the whole department
