Job descriptionFull time Health Centre Clinic Manager required for Reigate clinic for PCR Travel Covid testing. Healthcare and supervisory experience required.Reigate Health Centre have partnered with DAM Health, the leading providers for Covid fit to fly PCR testing.The Clinic is looking for an energetic, personable, and highly organised individual who has experience in a healthcare and supervising.Crucially, we are looking for an individual who will be a confident to run the clinic and staff and deal with the clients. Computer literacy is essential with working knowledge in Outlook, Gmail, Word, Excel, iPads, App Stores, bespoke systems.Your primary responsibility will be to run the Clinic, ensuring the smooth delivery of the highest levels of patient experience.Summary of responsibilitiesSupervising staff, creating weekly rotasDelivering optimal patient experience for the clientsManage front-of-house / reception, oversee bookings / room allocationMeet and greetingFull training leading to administering PCR and Antigen testsWearing full PPE Assisting patients with questionnaires and app registrationsFollowing strict sanitary guidelines & routineMedical waste knowledgeExceptional Communication skillsFlexible attitudeAbility to work as a team and on their ownEssential Skills RequiredExperience in a healthcare and experience of a supervisory levelExtremely personable and strong relationship builderEnergetic, can-do attitudeDecisive and adaptableHigh attention to detailWork well under pressureStrong team playerWell-organised with ability to meet strict deadlinesI.T competentAlthough full training is provided. The candidate MUST have had previous experience in a either a caring, healthcare, first aid or medical or beauty environment for a minimum of 3 months and had experience with clinical waste measures.
