Job Description

Job Description Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for building long-lasting relationshipsConcept Vehicle Leasing is seeking a dynamic Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key player in our highly consultative approach to business, youll prioritise customer satisfaction while achieving targets and KPIs. If youreready to excel in a collaborative environment where customer service reigns supreme, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise lead conversion to meet business objectives and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide consultation and advice aligned with business policies and industry data
  • Deliver excellent customer service and uphold regulatory compliance
Main Tasks:
  • Research, identify, and qualify new business prospects
  • Handle inbound new business inquiries
  • Follow set processes for customer relationship management
  • Cultivate relationships with strategic business partners for lead generation
  • Attend events, including networking opportunities and training sessions
  • Conduct online presentations via Webinar; video calling platforms such as MS Teams / Zoom.
Skills Required:
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct video / online presentations via MS Teams / Zoom
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, particularly Excel
  • Dedication and a strong work ethic
