We help customers combat terrorism, drug smuggling and trade fraud. We are looking for a passionate Training Delivery & Quality Manager to lead and manage the training administration, coordination, operations and quality assurance of our expanding global training and education department. What?s on Offer- Competitive salary- Pension plan- Become part of a leading, trusted organisationKey Responsibilities of the Training Delivery & Quality Manager:- Liaise with service managers and call centres to ensure ASP?s or SSA?s are in place before scheduling any training- Act as the first point of contact for customers; managing the Learning Academy customer experience- Oversee Training Operations of the EMEA region; managing revenue, student numbers, customer feedback, audits- Respond promptly to email and telephone enquiries - providing world class customer service- Update schedules and courses in our LMS, creating training plans- Set up, manage and take ownership of classroom resources- Lead admin and co-ordination for the department, including ordering stationary, booking of travel arrangements, ordering equipment supplies etc- Take ownership of electronic and paper files/archiving auditable files- Design and Implement a Learning Academy Quality Assurance framework- Manage a remote team of training and education professionals- Organise and update newly launched social media platformsSkills & Experience Required:- Previous experience as a training manager, quality manager, training coordinator, or senior training administrator- Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal- Experience of managing a training function and people- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools- Strong administrative skills with a great eye for detail and accuracy- Be able to multitask, with a methodical approach- Experience in learning design, instructional design and/or creating technical documentation for training courses- Must hold a relevant training qualification e.g. PTTLS, AET, CIPD etc- Experience with eLearning or classroom software or authoring tools e.g. Articulate 360, Camtasia etcReady for the challengeDon?t let this Training Delivery & Quality Manager position pass you by!
