I am currently recruiting on behalf of carbon and water efficiency specialist for 3 customer liaison Officers in the Redhill area.Tenant Liaison Officer is the main point of contact for tenants and will manage queries and complaints in a timely manner. The Tenant Liaison Officer is responsible for carrying out pre-entry visits/surveys to ensure appointments convert to installations,maximising the efficiency of the installation team.Required skillssalary £140 a a day through umbrella.· Previous experience of providing high level customer service to members of the public.· At least 1 year customer service experience.· Ability to interact sensitively with others.· Using computers and computer systems to enter data, or process information.· Effective complaints handling skills.· Pro-active, self-motivated and knows when to seek guidance.· Ability to work alone and as part of a team to achieve common objectives.· At least 1 year customer service experience.· A driving license and access to your own vehicle.· A clean DBS check, reed will conduct this .Start date ASAP working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.if interested please contact, or send an up to date to CV to
