Job Description

Specialised Debt Management AdvisorLocation: RedhillSalary £22 - 23k + Exc BensAre you compassionate, yet effective enough to administer and control the management of Debt Management Accounts and dealing with Vulnerable Customers then we would like to speak with you.Personal Characteristics

  • Excellent people skills and the ability to manage difficult conversations and complex client situations
  • Diplomatic yet assertive, flexible, confident and able to react quickly to varying demands of the role
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills
    • Responsibilities
  • Manage Vulnerable Customer (VC) Database
  • Ensure VC accounts are managed correctly, handled compliantly and do not prejudice lending risks
  • When liaising with VC customers they are dealt with in accordance with FCA regulations - CONC Business Principles 6 & 7
  • Ensure any DMP/VC arrangement is reasonable, that the customer can make payments and does not have increased levels of debt
  • Daily Management Support (if required) even though the role does carry an element of autonomy
    • Qualifications
  • 5 x GCSEs A-C’ levels (inc Maths & English)
  • Computer literate - good systems knowledge, Business Objects (Pref), Access and Excel
    • Work Requirements
  • Mon-Fri 0900am to 5.00pm - 36.25 hours/week
  • 1 x early morning start 0800am
