We promote agile working and can offer flexible working arrangementsto ensure a good work life balance is available.Our East Surrey Hospital team (based in Redhill): East Surrey Hospital are looking for social workers to work in hospital setting, a fast paced environment working alongside multi-agency colleagues to provide a good hospital discharge experiencethat is safe for our residents. Our team deliver two functions: the Discharge function and the Assessment function. The assessments are carried out using the D2A pathway, therefore good time management and excellent assessment skills are required from socialworkers who would like to join us. The discharge function is carried out by social care assistants working alongside the integrated hospital discharge team. We welcome your applications; we are a such a friendly caring and supportive team.For social worker roles you will need to have completed your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) and be registered with Social Work England.
