For those with ambition, this role has the potential to progress into a team leader position or into other areas of the business.The role:- Salary of £25,000 per annum- Up to 10% employer contribution towards Avivas Group Personal Pension Plan- Free on-site parking or in local areaAs a Reinstatement Planner, you’ll plan and schedule backfill reinstatement works for our Repair & Maintenance teams.Some of your duties will include:- Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner- Offering specialist support to the Network Advisors regarding reinstatement and general R&M works- Working with the Customer Relations Team to ensure that any customer complaints are resolved promptly- Providing support to our wider planning hub function when requiredOther organisations may call this role Works Scheduler, Works Planner, Small Works Planner, Maintenance & Repairs Planner, Service Co-ordinator, Maintenance Co-ordinator, or Reinstatement Works Co-ordinator.About you:Here at SES Water, we recruit people based on their potential, values and fit, rather than just experience and qualifications.
