Role:
  • Collaborate with the Senior Commercial Bid and Programme Manager to roll out and support the project implementation and ongoing management of NSSLGlobals projects
  • Ensure that projects progress smoothly through the company and according to agreed timescales
  • Assist in the production and ongoing management of high-quality documentation including Project Management Plans, Risk Registers, Project Schedules and other project documentation
  • Maintain financial records of all projects
  • Produce monthly financial reports to the Senior Commercial Bid and Programme Manager
  • Conduct internal review meetings with the Project Managers, Senior Commercial Bid and Programme Manager
  • Support the Senior team leaders through undertaking any other project managements duties that may be required
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level in Technology, Project or Engineering
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Must enjoy being hands on and being able to work under own initiative.
  • Experienced in standard office applications including VISIO, Excel and Project
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ideally, youll have experience with Prince 2, however this is not essential
