Job Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with a Science related degree, either with some experience or looking for an entry level opportunity to join a well-established and expanding company based in Redhill.Working within a team which ensure compliance with regulations, this role will be responsible for maintaining and updating information, liaising with customers, and processing product and technical information.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the management, maintenance and implementation of product safety and quality management
  • Maintaining databases
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Ensuring that all products and packaging specifications are compliant, accurate and meet requirements
  • Checking and approving product labelling
  • Using online systems to create specifications
  • Checking quality control procedures, addressing any issues with safety and/or quality
  • Carrying out audits
  • Ensuring adherence to all policies and systems
To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a science related subject
  • Some experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but is not essential
  • High level of organisation and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
