We offer excellent on-the-job training, the potential to gain your LGV Category C licence and the chance to progress into other roles across the business.The role:- Salary of up to £20,000 per annum DOE- Up to 10% employer contribution towards Avivas Group Personal Pension Plan- Free on-site parking or in local areaAs a Grab Driver’s Mate, you’ll provide a high level of support to the Grab Driver and help with the smooth running of our Redhill yard.Some of your duties will include:- Working in line with health and safety guidelines at all times- Acting as a banksman- Loading and unloading materials- Backfilling excavations- Carrying out routine checks and maintaining plantOther organisations may call this role Driver’s Mate, Site Operative, Logistics Operative, Yard Operative, Distribution Operative, Trainee LGV Driver, or Driver’s Assistant.About you:Here at SES Water, potential, fit and values are more important than experience and qualifications.
