Even during these unprecedented times, my client, a global leading financial services organisation is still very much "business as usual". This position is a hybrid, where you are only required to work in the office 1 - 2 days a week and the rest from home.Their Global Communications team is the go-to strategic business partner for businesses within the organisation and play a pivotal part to shaping and developing their culture whilst positioning it for greater success. They are now seeking an Employee Communicationsprofessional to join this global function with teams structured under a number of their different business areas, where you will be responsible for supporting a variety of employee communication initiatives across the breadth of Chief People office (CPO) activity.As someone with a proactive, can-do approach with a desire to learn more about communications trends/ best practice, content design, employee engagement, digital tools and channels, your experience will have been gained either in employee communicationsor you are someone with a keen interest with demonstrable passion.With energy, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in building a great place to work through engaging communications, it is essential that you possess a flair for creativity and producing engaging content across a variety of digital and in-person channels, coupledwith an eye for design and further ability to present and create content in a visually appealing wayAny experience of using digital tools such as SharePoint, Poppulo, Zoom, Canva, Biteable, CaptionHub would be helpful although training can be provided on these.This is an excellent career opportunity to join a market leading organisation and further information including information of the remuneration and benefits package that includes a highly attractive bonus potential and a 10% non-contributory pension schemeis available on application.As mentioned, the role is also offered on a hybrid basis where you will only need to work in the office once, possibly twice a week and can be based in their Surrey or London offices.
