Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an Administrator to join WTW, one of the leading Third-Party Administrators. The role would involve working in a small team within DC Processing who will be responsible for reviewing member transaction data to ensure that itis in line with the member needs.You will be responsible for ensuring that the member record accurately reflects the expected transactions and where needed take appropriate action to correct. The role will involve analysing transaction data, completing calculations and data corrections withinagreed guidelines.Full training is provided including new starter induction and further training thereafter.   • Carry out analysis on member transaction data.
  • Prepare calculations to compare what happened versus what should have happened.
  • Prepare corrective actions on the member record which may involve buy, sale and/or switch transaction processing.
  • To assist the admin teams with queries relating to the member record and associated corrections
  • To actively record and track all cases through to completion.
  • Work to tight deadlines and communicate progress.
  • To ensure all files are maintained in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate data on the core administration system.
  • Maintain the reconciled position between the bank account, the core administration system and the investment manager.
  • Help to provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client/members needs and to promote the WTW brand.
  • Continuously seek to identify areas where the service to clients could be improved and communicate to the Senior Administrator / Team Leader.
The Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and good IT skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel is desirable.
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and an eye for detail
  • Self-motivated, enjoys analysis and problem solving.
  • Demonstrate an organized approach and an ability to deal with priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic approach to getting things done.
