Job Description

Jewson - Customer Service SupervisorLocation: Redhill, SurreyHours of work:Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, and every other Saturday from 7:30am-12pmWe are looking for someone to join our team at Jewson Redhill as a Customer Service Supervisor. Were a busy and well established branch with a friendly team and we pride ourselves on offering a great service and excellent product knowledge.We have a sales office, warehouse, shop & counter, timber supply and customer delivery vehicles. If you love working with people, youre a good listener and you think you could help our customers feel welcome, then this could be a great opportunity for youto join our team!A Customer Service Supervisor is an essential role within the branch network, you will build relationships with customers and understand their wider requirements in order to maximise sales growth. You will be in regular contact with ourcustomers and therefore you play a huge part in delivering a fantastic customer experience. From assisting our customers at the trade counter and yard to processing customer orders, and from monitoring stock and deliveries to growing our sales, youll be atthe heart of our operations. Experience within our industry is not essential, we are committed to providing you with the full tools and support required to carry out your role within Jewson.This role has a strong focus on customer service as well as working in different areas of the branch, so this role is great for someone who loves to build relationships with customers, has strong leadership qualities and enjoys a varied day.So what are we looking for

  • A passion for delivering great customer service and leading by example
  • A flexible approach to work; happy to work in various departments within the branch
  • A great team player; ready to support colleagues and customers when needed
  • A confident communicator, both over the phone and in branch
  • Experience working within a Builders Merchants would be extremely beneficial but not essential
