Customer Service Advisorswanted to join a fantastic local Insurance team based in the heart of Redhill. My client is looking for customer focused individuals who genuinely care about helping others and are passionate about providing thebest possible customer experience to their customers. 37.5 hours per week, working alternative weekly patterns of Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm and Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with a daily 1-hour unpaid lunch break and working 3hrs every 1 in 6 Saturday’sprovided as time off in lieu.You will be providing exceptional service by having brilliant conversations with customers. You will be on hand to answer their questions and solve problems through whatever media they choose – telephone, email or webchat!Job Duties/Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:• Respond promptly in an enthusiastic manner, to customer enquiries relating to their insurance policy.• Ensure the delivery of the highest possible levels of customer care and look to retain and convert renewal policies, justifying changes to the policy from the previous year to the customer.• Listen to customer requirements and process requests including renewals, dealing with complaints, handling general enquiries, providing policy/product information.• Manage time effectively in order to achieve expected service level through webchat, email, and telephone.• Handle objections with effective feedback and provide responses using empathy.• Capture information on the system with the highest level of attention to detail.• Comply to insurance regulatory body guidelines.• Working as a team member of the department as well as the wider business, provide support for other Operational areas as required.What the Customer Service Advisor should have….• Experience of providing excellent customer service is a must!• Youll be cool and calm under pressure• Youll have excellent attention to detail and want to obtain regular feedback to enable continuous personal growth and development• You’ll want to actively contribute to building a fantastic, caring and inclusive culture is a must!• You’ll be tech savvy, think outside the box and always look for efficiencies in everything you doMore details about the Customer Service Advisor….Hybrid Working – 1 day from the office (Tuesday) based in Redhill and 4 days from homeThey have been rated excellent on Trustpilot.
