Job Description

Customer Service Advisor (Insurance)This role is open to candidates who have existing experience providing clear, professional Customer Service, whether that be in the retail, hospitality, or office-based setting.If you are looking for a full time, hybrid Customer Service position, this could be a fantastic opportunity to grow your career within a prosperous business!Responsibilities

  • Answer calls adhering to standard response times protocols etc.
  • Accurate and timely completion of case notes/ logs / diaries for each customer.
  • Understand and use the necessary programmes, applications, and IT software systems - training program provided.
  • You will be handling inbound calls and supporting customers at their time of need, to find a solution, instruct approved suppliers and contractors if applicable, in line with the business line procedures.
  • Ensure deployments are managed accurately to avoid customer delays, seeking the best solution available.
  • Ability to use initiative as well as all information resources available to provide the best outcome for the customer whilst ensuring the job costs remain in line with business requirements and objectives.
  • Be proficient in all relevant IT applications / telephony to ensure case records are accurately maintained.
  • Understand and demonstrate the culture and values within the company.
  • Build effective communication skills with colleagues and managers.
Salary package
  • £20,020 base + up to 7.5% shift allowance + up to £2,000 cross skill allowance
  • 35 Hour week - 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday including Bank Holidays. Operating hours are 7am till 9pm, an 8-hour shift can fall anywhere between these times.
