Rapiscan Systems are an industry leader in detection technology, providing inspection systems and services for ports, borders and checkpoints. We help customers combat terrorism, drug smuggling and trade fraud. As a Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for promoting, implementing and supporting Configuration Management Policies and Procedures, performing many of the duties in Agile, and providing Agile support and Training. You will also be coordinating, maintaining and managing the System Lifecycle Records (SLR).What’s on Offer- Competitive salary- Pension plan- Opportunity to join a leading, trusted organisation- First class working environmentKey Responsibilities of the Configuration Analyst:- Execute assigned configuration tasks within deadlines- Provide configuration support based on changing business needs- Analise and resolve configuration issues in a timely manner- Manage and track program baselines, and program artifacts- Review and approve Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)- Compile, update and maintain documentation and configuration for TSA, NATO, etc.- Compile, update and maintain System Lifecycle Records- Facilitate Configuration Control Boards (CCBs)- Manage the execution of CCB related activities including minutes and action item notes- Ensure Statement of Work (SOW) compliance is reflected in CCB decision- Execute CCB processesSkills & Experience Required:- Be knowledgeable in Configuration Management- Basic knowledge of Software Configuration Management - Desirable- Must have experience working to program CM Plans- Experience assisting and performing Internal Reviews and Audits, 3rd Party Audits, Customer Audits- Experience using Oracle-Agile PLM system desired- Self-starter, capable of managing and completing individual tasks and assignments on time- This could be suitable for an experienced document controller to develop their skills into a Configuration Analyst roleWhat’s NextThink you have what it takes to be successful in this Configuration Analyst role If so, APPLY NOW and we will be in touch.
