Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Support Worker to provide exceptional support and assistance to our Service Users.You will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require specialised care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to promote independence, dignity, and well-being among the service users in your care, ensuring theirphysical, emotional, and social needs are met.Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and a multi-disciplinary team.
