Community Midwife Team Leader, Band 7Surrey & Sussex NHS Healthcare NHS Trust are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated midwife to lead an established community midwifery team at East Surrey Hospital covering the Surrey and Sussex community area. We deliver approximately 4500 women per year. In the community setting you will lead a team providing antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care for women. You will also work within the hospital when you are on-call. The post holder will be required to work autonomously within both professional guidelines and the overall framework of Trust policies and procedures. Applicants should be passionate about woman-centered care, well organised, computer literate, and a midwife with a minimum of 2 years’ experience at Band 6.Surrey & Sussex NHS Healthcare NHS Trust has been rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC in our most recent inspection.
