Job Description

A highly respected and well-established Reigate based consultancy is seeking a Commercial Estate Agent to join their team. Along with a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, you will also be part of a friendly team that rewards hard work. There’s excellentcareer development and the opportunity to study for your RICS.It’s a varied role that will see you visiting clients and properties almost daily, so owning your own car is a must. You’ll be in touch with a broad range of stakeholders – from valued clients to landlords and solicitors, so strong professional verbal andwritten communication skills are essential. You’ll also spend time working with data to identify trends and insights, so it helps if you’ve got an analytical mindset.As Commercial Estate Agent, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify property investment opportunities and trends.
  • Assist clients in the sale and leasing of commercial properties, providing expert advice and negotiation support.
  • Manage rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
  • Oversee commercial and residential property management activities, including tenant relations, property maintenance, and financial management.
  • Conduct valuations to determine accurate market values and offer strategic insights.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and market developments to provide clients with the most accurate information and guidance.
We’re looking for a Commercial Estate Agent with the following:
  • Previous experience in a relevant property role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good professional written and verbal communication skills, as youll be representing the company when meeting clients
  • Confident manner with strong negotiating skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office including Outlook, Word, & Excel
  • The ability to work on your own initiative without close supervision and as part of a team
