Job Description

The Ocean Partnership has been engaged to recruit a AML/Financial Crime Team Leader/Trainer to join a growing International Financial Services Organisation based in Surrey.As part of the Audit team you will be responsible for overseeing the teams service to clients by accurately dealing with the operational aspects of Quality Control/AML.Our client values diversity in the workplace and welcomes applications from everyone.   • Overseeing and training the team
  • Reviewing current processes ensuring team are compliant
  • Development of quality framework & approvals
  • Perform quality control and quality assurance check
  • Provide feedback on quality results
  • Manage training materials
  • Review and identify low/high risk clients
  • Record daily statistics
  • Liaising with audit teams
Experience:
  • AML/Financial Crime/KYC/PEP/EDD/CDD experience
  • Team Leader/Training experience is essential
  • exposure to operational risk, financial crime, change management and process design
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult conversations
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to gather and analyse data
