This sought-after employer are a company that provide a first-class service and with excellent training on bespoke systems you will be shown all the trade secrets and become part of a hugelysuccessful team and business where progression and development is offered.Being a leading financial services organisation, our client is looking for people who are passionate about providing an outstanding service for their customers.Why apply for this roleThis role is a perfect role within an office environment processing vehicle finance application proposed by motor dealers and brokers for leisure and specialist unites including; Motorbikes, Watercraft, Caravans, Caterham & McLaren, ensuring that these arefunded in accordance with company policies and are completed within the agreed service levels with a high level of accuracy. You will provide advice and guidance to the motor dealers or brokers to ensure that their applications are filled out correctly andif not, what requires amendments to get the proposal paid out efficiently. This role offers routine as well as variety in the job tasks.Who will suit this roleSuitable candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate with many different customers and handle lots of different types of conversations, from answering a simple question to handling morecomplex funding issues. You will stay enthusiastic, calm and polite.You dont need any direct experience in Financial Services - however you will have helped customers in another sector within a commercial environment where you have been required to assist customers over the telephone.

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grades A-C/4 upwards
  • Previous call handling experience is desirable
  • Adequate computer literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Product knowledge in the Broker and Leisure field is preferred.
