Job Description

Account Manager - PackagingLocation: RedhillSalary: DOECompany: A leading packaging manufacture.Role: You will be successfully managing the creative, artwork and repro processes for all printed and digital items. Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders through exception of exceptional service.

  • Working with agencies and suppliers to improve the overall quality of the finished output to meet the brands and customers required high standards
  • Manage day to day activity with all suppliers of creative, artwork/repro and print to ensure all requirements are met on time and in full
  • Serves as a day-to-day contact
  • Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams.
  • Management of design and artwork process for collateral for internal and external activity including shopper marketing communications
  • Management of financials including approval of costs, quotes and invoices
  • Managing and ensuring client and business needs and deadlines are met
  • Assume full responsibility for all activity for your projects, plan appropriately, consult cross functionally and inform stakeholders to ensure alignment and management of expectations
  • Answering any stakeholder queries, highlighting any issues early to manage client expectations
  • Sending out RFI to Suppliers and chasing in all assets to ensure all necessary information has been received so that production can commence
    • Requirements:
  • Experience within an FMCG business or packaging artwork / repro agency
  • Print process knowledge across litho, flexo and gravure print methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels with internal and external customers
  • Digital artwork approval system experience
  • You are professional, proactive, positive, enthusiastic - demonstrates "can do" attitude
  • Computer literate - MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • You are organised and calm under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and understanding of written business processes
  • Negotiation skills
  • Willingness to work longer hours where required to meet deadlines
