Job Description

Warehouse ManagerBased in Redditch: Commutable from: Bromsgrove, Solihull, Alcester, Birmingham.Are you from a Production & Logistics background looking to be the go to manager for a company with an excellent reputation in the industryThis is a great opportunity to work for a growing business, where you will play a pivotal part in the growth and development of not only the warehouse team but the company itself.Based in the Worcestershire are a well established business who specialise in producing some of the finest British fruit and veg, which is both high quality and most importantly sustainable.This role is best suited for a Manager who has Warehouse experience, and is looking to join an expanding company with the potential for further progression in the future.The Role:

  • To be responsible for controlling and monitoring all activities within the production and Warehouse operations.
  • You will take the lead with packing, intake, pick, despatch & stock control, ensuring both production and warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently, identifying efficiency and cost saving initiatives and managing KPIs effectively.
  • Be able to manage the packing, inbound, pick and dispatch teams working with a highly complex range of SKUs and raw materials for production & Customers
The Person:
  • Proven track record in identifying change and driving improvements.
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality, great-tasting produce and artisan foods direct to store or depot
  • Worked a similar role in a food or produce environment, looking to join a company that is growing exponentially
