Due to growth, they are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join there friendly close-knit team.   • Provide prompt and accurate technical assistance to customers via phone, email and live chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to products, including fixtures, controls and software applications.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, issues and solutions on the CRM system.
  • Develop an understanding of lighting products, their features and functionalities and technical specifications.
  • Create and update technical support documentation such as troubleshooting guides, FAQs and knowledge base articles.
Technical Support EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • HNC/ HND/ Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Strong communication skills
