Our aim is to find you the perfect role in the education sector that is suited to your availability and interests, as wellas help you to advance professionally in your teaching career.We are currently working with a broad range of great Primary schools Redditch and the surrounding area who have a number of active roles. They are looking for dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistants to join their schools on part time / supply basis.As a teaching assistant you will be responsible for nurturing the academic and personal development of pupils in year 3 to year 6 across KS2 to help them reach their full potential.As a teaching assistant may be expected to;
  • Plan and deliver group work that is tailored to suit the individual needs of each child.
  • Have a sensitive and creative approach to teaching.
  • A positive upbeat attitude to motivate and excite the children.
  • Aid the classroom teacher
As a teaching assistant, we will require from you;
  • Relevant previous experience but not essential.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • A passion to help inspire young minds.
