About the role - As a Recovery Team Manager, you will report to the Regional Operations Manager, and manage a 14-bed mental-health supported living service. Duties will include assessing the needs of referrals coming into the service and ensuring their transitionenables greater independence through a personal recovery journey. You and your team will ensure their support plan and tenancy is maintained to build on the strength, independence, resilience, and recovery of the individual. You will build positive workingrelationships with staff, service users and outside agencies, carry out staff reviews, assess risk management, and map out move-on pathways when appropriate. About you - You will be an experienced manager within a mental health service, who can build an inclusive work place within recovery and able to gain respect and trust.
