Job Description

Tate are working in partnership with the Phoenix Group, to recruit a Part time Senior Administrator within their Wythall office.Phoenix are a FTSE 100 company who are responsible for looking after 14 million policies on behalf of their valued customers. This is an ongoing temporary position that has the possibility of being made permanent, paying between £18-£20 per hour, 20-25 hours per week.The role of the Senior Administrator is to assist the Group Functions PA hub to provide administrative services within Group Internal Audit to help support a professional and consistent service.Key Responsibilities

  • Raising POs and invoices for co-source suppliers and training providers.
  • Managing the approval of statements of work from start to finish through the process and IT systems.
  • Facilitating the approval of training requests and obtaining funding approval for them from central budget, where appropriate.
  • Liaising with the training provider/s and co-source as necessary to support deliver of the above work.
  • Producing monthly reports of co-source spend versus budget.
  • Providing support to Heads of Audit by processing travel expenses.
  • Diary management support for Heads of Audit as needed.
  • Support Operations Head of Audit to produce monthly Communications update for the Internal Audit department and circulation of same to the GIA team.
  • Ad-hoc support to HoA Operations and Operations team on presentations and other admin work
