Job Description

Accountancy Recruit have partnered with a client who are a market leader in the telecommunications industry.Based near Redditch, this client is looking for a Senior Accounts Assistant to join them to support the Finance Director in the running of the finance function. With continued support and guidance, they are looking for someone who has confidence in their workand decision making skills who can work in a close-knit team.Responsibilities will include:

  • Invoicing manual and on our clients self-bill sites
  • CIS reconciliation
  • Statement issue and submission to HMRC
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Nominal account reconciliation
  • Recharges to subcontractors
  • Assisting purchase ledger where necessary
  • Reconciling supplier accounts
  • Completing payment spreadsheet weekly
  • Holiday chart
  • payroll
  • VAT
  • General assistance to Finance Director
