Job Description

QUALITY TECHNICIAN role has become available within a busy manufacturing organisation in the Redditch area.As the on - site Quality Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the existing quality standards by assisting with the inspection on incoming materials and finished products.If you are looking for training and development as a Quality Technician to Quality Engineer, this organisation are looking to offer just that.Quality Technician Benefits:

Quality Technician Duties:
  • Provide assistance with visual and dimensional inspection of incoming goods and materials
  • Liaise with Suppliers with regards to Quality issues
  • Coordinate containment activities
  • 1st Off Inspection
  • Approval of finished products
  • Conducting visual and measurement tests
  • Resolve non-conformance issues
  • Assist with processing customer returns
Quality Technician Requirements:
  • The ability to correctly use measuring instruments however training is offered
  • Educated to NC/ ND level, but not essential
  • Excellent IT literacy
  • Relevant experience gained from within manufacturing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Receptive to further and on-going training to Engineer level
