Position: Quality EngineerLocation: RedditchSalary: Up to £35k per annumHours: 08:00 - 16:45 Mon - Thu 08:00 - 14:00 FriAn established company based in Redditch is recruiting for an experienced Quality Engineer to join their team. If you have a drive for continuous improvement, an eye for detail and experience working in an automotive or spring manufacturing environment thisrole will be for you.Responsibilities:"Achieve quality targets and KPIs through effective communication with shop floor personnel, fostering a quality culture aligned with company policies."Provide feedback to the Works Manager regarding inspection issues/defects and propose corrective actions."Interpret and comprehend technical drawings and specifications."Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of work in progress and completed parts using handheld measuring instruments and the CMM to ensure product conformity."Maintain inspection documentation for product traceability."Ensure the calibration and proper functioning of handheld measurement equipment."Collaborate on root cause analysis, process improvements, and problem-solving activities."Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills."Contribute as a valuable team player."Exhibit punctuality and reliability."Fulfill any other duties as reasonably requested, potentially outside of the Quality Engineering scope.This is a great opportunity for the right candidate, if you are an experienced Quality Engineer, please click Apply or call Ashley Robinson on 0152768585
