Job Description

An excellent position is now available for a Lettings Manager to join a rapidly growing independent agent at their office in Redditch.This agent has developed a superb reputation across Worcestershire and the West Midlands and are now looking for a driven and ambitious Lettings Manager who can both oversee a team and help the department thrive.Lettings Manager – Benefits

  • Up to £28,000 basic salary plus commission (£40,000 OTE)

Lettings Manager – Duties
  • Generating new business and increasing the managed portfolio
  • Carrying out valuations
  • Assisting with viewings and negotiating lets when needed
  • Training and developing junior members of staff
  • Reporting on P&L and forecasts
  • Engaging in strategic conversations with the wider management team
Lettings Manager – Experience Needed
  • Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent people skills
  • Confident with winning new business and carrying out Lettings valuations
  • You will have the ability to support junior members of staff
  • ARLA qualification desirable but not essential
