Job Description

Are you looking to develop your career within a busy HR team Do you have experience as a HR Administrator and looking for that next stepDue to increased workload and growth this thriving Redditch business is looking to recruit a HR Administrator to support theHR and Recruitment team. This is a permanent position, offering a salary of £23,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience.HR AdministratorPermanentRedditch£23,000 - £25,000Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm, 12:30pm Friday finishHR Administrator key duties include: -

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including liaising with recruitment agencies, reviewing candidates and assisting with interviews
  • Conduct employee inductions
  • Assist with the onboarding process of subcontractors
  • Support with internal and external inquiries and requests relating to HR matters
  • Compile and maintain paper, digital and electronic employee records
  • Maintain employee database
  • Monitor and record holiday and sickness records
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes where required
  • Support with the review of Company policies, procedures and other documentation
  • Ensure organisational charts are kept updated
  • Keep up to date with and maintain an awareness of HR best practice
HR Administrator skills and experience:
  • Demonstrable experience as an HR Administrator/Assistant or related position
  • Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualified, or working towards would be advantageous
  • The ability to work well and communicate with Stakeholders across the Company
  • Good attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Manufacturing industry experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of £23-24,000 depending on your HR experience, its an office-based role with free parking.
