Churchill Howard are working with a growing SME in the wider Redditch area to recruit a credible finance professional to aid the growth of the business. This role provides financial support to key business stakeholders and aims to add significant value to the business.Responsibilities include:- Preparation of monthly management accounts and generating monthly information for management- Continuous review of processes, aiming to improve efficiency- Review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations- Financial reporting under UKGAAP/FRS 102- Regular cash flow forecasting- Business partnering with operational stakeholders to provide and interpret financial information - Adhoc systems managementIdeal applicants to this role will be numerically skilled with a professional qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) and relevant experience.
