  • Estimator position dealing with various roofing and cladding systems including: hot melt roofing, single-ply membranes, flat roofing, cladding, and rain screens
  • Reviewing tender enquiries and specifications to gain an understanding of project requirements
  • Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
  • Producing formal quotations to clients
  • Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
  • Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
  • Estimating for projects ranging in value from £200k to £3m
The ideal applicant will be Estimator - Roofing & Cladding Systems with:
  • Must have estimating experience within the roofing and cladding market sector
  • Ideally will have experience dealing with hot melt roofing, single-ply membranes, flat roofing, cladding, and rain screens
  • Must have a good understanding of technical drawings
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, team play, who works well individually also
