Job Description

Digital Marketing ManagerMy client based in Redditch are an established, successful company with just over 20 full-time staff; you must be a friendly individual, confident, well organised and a team-player.The company has been organically expanding over the years, with a current turnover of £6 million a year.Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Manager

  • Experience using WordPress and WooCommerce. Ensuring all information and media are up to date on multiple websites.
  • Stripe knowledge - payment software or similar
  • Excel , Database and XML & CSV Knowledge.
  • Ensuring stock levels are correct on websites.
  • Working closely with external website development team to keep websites up to date.
  • Working closely with external graphic designer to manage print media designs.
  • Adding new products to websites - including creating/editing spec sheets, images, videos, product descriptions
  • Experience with Photoshop advantageous.
  • Experience with filming & editing software advantageous.
  • Writing blogs on a regular basis.
  • Social media - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube. Ensuring all channels are kept upto date.
Digital Marketing Managers Content Creation Duties
  • Email marketing.
  • Facebook/Instagram advertisements.
  • Ensuring all accessories are kept in stock - you will be responsible for ensuring they have enough stock to fulfil orders and meet demand.
  • Following trends in the market, ordering new products, and adding to the website when relevant.
  • Keeping the costings spreadsheets up to date
  • Experience with Sage accounting is preferable - purchase orders, invoicing etc.
  • Dealing with online customer queries - stock issues, returns etc.
  • Logistics - dealing with courier issues or queries.
  • Processing phone orders, taking payments over the phone.
