Customer Services Account Manager - Supply Chain £20,000 - £23,000 DEO Redditch, WorcestershireWorking within a fast-paced customer service supply chain team you will manage a dedicated portfolio of Business to Business customers. You will be accountable for providing first class support and operate as a key link between business to business customers and internal divisions.As Customer Services Account Manager you will be accountable for processing customer orders for products, ensuring that stock availability for store delivery. A varied and high-pressure role, you will manage orders from start to finish. This will include price checks for initial enquiries, monitoring inventory and stock availability and co-ordinating deliveries.Role will require a confident problem solver, with strong influencing skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally. Strong communication will be key as you will be a central contact for internal divisions as well as being first point of contact for business customers. This is an extremely fast paced environment supplying into major retailers, therefore you will need to be someone that can prioritise and work under pressure. A resilient character is a must.You will have solid attention to detail skills and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
