Job Description

A well-established precision engineering company based in Redditch, is seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Programmer to join their rapidly expanding team. The role is working on a day shift, paying up to £35k with pay reviews after 6 months! The role of CNC Setter /Programmer -

  • Calling up programmes, making modifications, adjustments and edits as required.
  • Performing tooling and jig changes, datums, inserts and tip changes as required.
  • Running of low, medium, and high-volume batch components
  • Manufacturing Aluminium components
  • Working from detailed engineering drawings and job route cards General upkeep and maintenance of the CNC Machinery
Monday to Thursday day shift - 8am - 4:30pm & Early finish on a Friday! We would love to hear from CNC setter / Programmers that -
  • Have a strong background within CNC machining of components within a high quality, low volume production environment.
  • Have milling experience on Fanuc 3 axis machines.
  • Are able to confidently strip & reset tools & fixtures.
  • Have experience tool changing on CNC machines.
  • Have previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
