My client is a precision engineering specialist supplying products to a wide range of customers. They are looking to recruit proven experienced CNC Setter / Operators to join their team.It will primarily involve milling. Experience of boring in particular and manual machining processes would be an advantage. They would be willing to train someone with CNC turning / milling experience. Batch sizes vary dependant on the product and machine.The customer base is diverse as are the types of product machined in terms of size and quantities.Machines wise they have Doosan, Haas, etc plus manual Colchester lathes and various manual milling machines. You will be working with aluminium castings and extrusions, Bronze and cast-iron castings plus stainless steel and brass stampings.Hours are 7.15am to 4.15pm Monday to Thursday, 7.15am to 12.15pm on a Friday.Salary is £10.60 to £13.78 but they could be flexible for somebody highly skilled in all areas.They also offer a profit related bonus.
