As part of the High Intensity Service (HIS) network, the postholder will work locally to interface with existing mental health services ensuring veterans pathways are clear and supporting engagement into treatment.We are looking for an experienced mental health nurse/ OT/ Social worker who has had previous experience in crisis management and have experience or a keen interest in providing support for veterans. The postholder will not be providing direct treatment, however there will be opportunities to reinforce skills developed through the veterans’ treatment pathway.This post will sit within the veterans’ mental health service and have links into the regional offer as set out within the NHSE Framework covering Berkshire.
