Leading manufacturer and developer of IoT products and solutions seek experienced Embedded Software professional to join their hard working, team.This is an interesting and varied role entailing responsibility for development of software applications for the companies full and evolving range of products covering embedded software, application development and embedded application tool development along with development of new concepts and re-engineering of existing application ideas.The role requires a self motivated individual who is able to function both on their own as well as part of a team, is comfortable working to deadlines and receptive to learning new technologies.The following technical skills are required :-An understanding of C (and ideally C++)Expertise in working with cellular networks, developing applications specifically suited for mobile data and unreliable mobile network connectivityA good understanding of networks and common communication protocolsExperience working with embedded modulesLinux command line and Linux operationExperience with ARM / PIC / Raspberry Pi / ArduinoExperience with systems interfacing software and hardware togetherUnderstanding hardware limitationsThe position represents a great opportunity to develop your career with a dynamic, ambitions and growing business.
