Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an ambitious and successful Regional Account Manager with experience of selling into the residential property industry e.g. Estate Agents, Surveyors, or Conveyancers to join our award-winning technology business operating along the M4 Corridor.Mio is an award-winning, disrupter product to the estate agency world. It streamlines the sale process with house buyers by removing the usual admin and offering the consumer transparency. Mio is rapidly becoming the software of choice for estate agents across the UK, with over 1000 estate agents using the software. Mio is part of the TM Group, operating successfully in the UK market for over 20 years, with a 300 strong team.We have an ambitious set of plans to continue to disrupt the market and make Mio the No.1 choice for both estate agents and consumers. The next 3 years are big for us and we need our Regional Account Manager to match our ambition.This is a home-based role however you will be expected to travel to meetings which will typically be within 90 miles of your home. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus excellent company benefits. We care about our people so you will receive the support, coaching, development, and leadership you need.What’s in it for you- On target commission: Up to 40% of salary- Car Allowance: £6,000- Employer’s pension contribution: 4%- Life Assurance 4 x Salary- EAP programme and Virtual GP- Private Health Insurance after 1 year in the roleAs our Regional Account Manager you will be:- Developing and delivering a territory plan to achieve new business targets within a defined territory.- Onboarding new Agents including the delivery of training.- Developing and delivering a client retention strategy to achieve activity targets.- Collect feedback from users and report back on current and future user requirements to inform the product development roadmap.- Effective use of CRM and monthly reporting on the performance within your territory.- Maintaining a high profile within the residential property community, in your territory, through effective networking and use of social media.What we’re looking for in our Regional Account Manager:- Driven, highly motivated- Ideally worked in the software sales sectors- Strong B2B experience, B2B2C ideal- Established and mature in experience- Passionate about results- Determined and Resilient- Ability to effectively manage your personal brand- Exceptional communication skills at all levels- Strong organisational and planning skills- Proficient in the full range of Microsoft packages- Ability to quickly set up and use audio visual and presentation equipment- Confident in presenting both face to face and remotely to audiences of various sizesIf you would like to join our team as our new Regional Account Manager then please click apply’ today.
