Our client are a global Security Software organisation with their EMEA HQ based in Berkshire. Culturally a brilliant place to work, flat structured, open planned, business casual and forward thinking.Due to imminent maternity cover, the role is working as an Assistant Accountant helping support their existing International Finance Team, allowing for plenty of scope. We are looking to secure an experienced Accounts Payable Executive for a min. period of 6 months initially working from home, Monday to Friday. You will need to be able to work without too much hand holding, be happy to commit for the duration of contract and be well versed within AP, Banking, Month/Year End Close and a variety of other adhoc financial tasks to include Multi currencies/entities.The duties will consist of:- Maintenance of the international intercompany matrix- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis- Responsible with AP International processing- Assist with NetSuite bank postings- Month End / Close- Ad hoc Expensify reporting tasks on Concur- Ad hoc GL projects (e.g. historical FX difference reconciliation)Ideally experienced with IProcurement systems (Coupa) but not essentialWe are ideally looking for a long term contractor with copious experience within AP, General Ledger and Banking and someone who thrives when learning new challenges and working in a transparent environment.
