Howdens Joinery is looking for an experienced, Senior Graphic Designer to be based at our office in Raunds, Northamptonshire. Reporting to the Design Studio Manager, you will confidently lead the creative direction, production and delivery of key creativedesign concepts which fulfil and challenge a brief in response to the ever-changing needs of our business. Working as part of the Design Team, you will formulate ideas, produce designs and concepts across print, ATL, brand collateral, events and more. Youwill work collaboratively across the organisation to drive up the standards of creativity. As a forward-thinking designer with exemplary communication skills, you will demonstrate a critical eye for detail and an appetite for problem solving.Working in a fast-paced environment you will support the growth of the Howdens brand proposition with innovative and distinctive creative solutions, creating strategic design solutions which meet brief requirements across multiple mediums. A commerciallyaware individual you will consider the business objectives and customer needs and partner with brand consultants and marketing to collaboratively develop industry leading creatives. An excellent communicator you will effectively manage and influence multiplestakeholders within the business, championing creative excellence and innovation, using a strong eye for aesthetics and visual detail, and ensuring a quality final product.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
