Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Warehouse Systems Analyst to join our Information Systems Team based at our site in Raunds, Northamptonshire.Our business is undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth and this role offers an excellent opportunity to liaise with the Warehouse Systems team & developers through the build process and ensuring a fit-for-purpose solution is deliveredto the end user, together with the appropriate training and documentation.What will I be doing as a Junior Warehouse Systems Analyst

  • Manage and resolve service requests and system incidents so that the business can continue to conduct its system processes effectively.
  • Provide business systems training to ensure that the user community understands system processes and can execute them effectively.
  • Produce appropriate system documentation for current and new systems processes, ensuring that documentation is up to date and clear.
  • Test new solutions and system changes to ensure that the change meets the specified requirements.
  • Support in Configure the system to meet the requirements of the business and oversee the implementation of any associated software components.
  • Analyse business requirements, make recommendations for change, and design effective solutions.
What do I need to qualify for a Junior Warehouse Systems Analyst
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills are important as a majority of the role is working closely with all stakeholders.
  • A good, all-round knowledge of IT with a knowledge of supply chain and logistics process.
  • SAP WM / EWM experience with an understanding of integration points with other modules such as MM, SD and TM would be desirable.
  • Experience of working to deadlines on complex projects is required.
